If you are interested we invite you to join this project. Just post what you would like to help with in the Project Management Forum in the discussions tab. Even if you don’t see yourself working in the control code we need structured testers, help file and simple example developers. The less time the control developers spend in these areas the more cool tools and features we can develop.

In one word: FANTASTIC !
A small addition to the nav.button would be even more fantasic, wich is the flatappearance
property.
As you know this is present at the standard .net
windows appl. toolset.

It will be fine to have "SkinsManager" & "BehaviorManager", like this we will be able to plug Skins and behaviors...

Also, merging it with the "CustomBorderForm" project and "mentas Ribon" will be fine ;-)

There is also a good TreeView named GeniusTreeView...

Merging all theses projects will be wonderfull ;-)

Amazing stuff.
While everybody nowdays is concered with
web client frameworks, like Ajax, Atals etc.,
it's good to see a that WinForms is not left
behind. Great work.

Thank you all.
I've done a lot of web work but I always enjoy the WinForms stuff more. I've been doing Windows applications since Windows 286 and I just feel more in control of the results than I do in a browser. :-)

This is really good stuff. There is a heap of other 3rd party controls, but they are generally convoluted and messy, and in the end dont look this good. Cant wait for the upcoming stuff like tabs.

Is it possible to collapse the NavigationPane like this one http://www.codeproject.com/office/Outlook_Navigation_Pane.asp

Thanks for a beautiful set of controls... This is exactly what I was looking for!

I got my VS.NET studio crashed though when I had the NavigationPane (with lots of controls already on it) cut so I could change the underlying panels/splitters but I guess that is just my own dumb fault :)

Thanks for this really great projekt! There ist no free OpenSource WinForms Controls Library out there except Ascend.NET (at least non which is of good quality and usable). Really great for developers which cannot pay a lot of money for a nice looking application!
Keep up this great projekt!
