CascadingDropDown with custom SelectedValue that is never changed leaves corresponding DropDownList's SelectedValue.Text as null

Fixes the bug on my previous comment which is similar to the original bug. The attached Default2.aspx worked fine for me (both before and after my patch). So pending acceptance this issue may be closed.

Also the case when Prompt Text is omitted. First item is selected but SelectedValue is null unless changed.
Child dropdownlist are loaded correctly though.
