Project Description
This program was originally designed to help users produce thumbnails for Picture ID debit cards quickly and easily [working for a small bank at the time], but it is useful for a number of simple image manipulation tasks. You'll notice that the source code is a bit jumbled (no designer code split), I think this is because it was originally developed using Visual C# 2005 Express Edition. Or I could possibly have upgraded this from .NET 1.1. It has been a year since I've touched it, so I'm not sure :-)

* Update

Just added a new look to BitManip and also added a Copy button. See new screenshot.
