29 Added XSI Car Model and Textures and Basic Shaders (SoftImage wrote them)
[+] Hooked up a Camera *NOTE* this does not include moving the camera around it is a fixed camera pointing at a fixed location (see initialization function)
| The XSI Runtime has some Camera stuff in it but I haven't looked into this much i just took our camera data and set it in the XSI Camera
[+] Added XSI Runtime and Content Pipeline for Importing DOTXSI models ( Default Mod Tool Output )
[+] Hooked up XSI Model Rendering *NOTE* this currently rotates the model around the Y Axis and should be removed once we have a movable camera.
| This is currently using an XSI Point Light as I wasn't too sure how to convert one of our light classes to be included in the XSI Rendering calculations (Required by the shaders I Think)
[+] Added XSI ModelAsset Class for helping with XSI Model Loading.

1 Removal of networking at (obsidian's) john's request to keep the project closer to what were following in the user group.
Also After looking through the code it would be a MAJOR rewrite of lots of the components to syncronize clients world views with whoever was host.
I may take this on as another project as it falls in line with some game ideas I have

1 Added Collision Debugging to TileEngine/ActionMaps press F7 during gameplay to toggle collision viewing.
will not work if built in release.
