CKS FBA - Forms Based Authentication Beta 1.00 released
This solution is our first beta release that provides a Forms Based Authentication feature.

Community Kit for SharePoint: User Group Edition (or CKS:UGE) 1.0
The CKS:UGE 1.0 is a site admin template (.STP file) designed for user group websites. The default settings and content of a SharePoint site that's been created with this template can be used with minimal modification by any Microsoft product oriented user group. Nevertheless, a user group of any product will find this template to be a compelling option with which to create a SharePoint site for its members. The CKS:UGE demo site is at http://sharepoint.microsoft.com/sharepoint/cks/uge.

Community Kit for SharePoint 2.0
The CKS 2.0 will include several different editions that consist of custom Master Pages, web parts, and Features. Go here for current list of editions and features being considered. The CKS 2.0 project was officially announced on the SharePoint Team Blog on March 27, 2007. The pre-release announcement was posted on June 18th. Here are the CKS 2.0 editions currently being actively worked on by the CKS team.

I am attempting to add the PWD recovery web part to the login page to allow returning users to retrieve their credentials. What is the best way to accomplish this?

Would be nice if "ECTSSetupWizard.hta" could remember your last inputs or take CMD line input. I've had to repeatedly run on many servers and environments. For enterprise admins this small feature enhancement would greatly ease deployment. Thanks for the AWESOME work guys! Either way I really enjoy this tool and plan to use it often.

Sorry for being n00b, but after setting up the Live ID authentication provider, how do you add the users to site collection - I'm having in mind the site collection administrators? I've followed the instructions and everything is deployed. I've tried to connect to the website using Live ID (and it resolved my LID in the profiles list in another site). But I can't login (because I have no rights) and I can't set my LID code or email as a site collection administrator in the central administration.
