All changes were made to the IEE\CKS.InternetExtranetEdition\FormsBasedAuthentication branch of CKS
1) Fixed redirects
Fixed redirect to work for site collections other than the root site collection. File affected RoleDelete.cs, RoleNew.cs, UserDelete.cs, UserEdit.cs,
2) Bug in UserNew.cs when creating a new user and assigning FBA roles. The private member variable was incorrectly reporting false in the OnSubmit event handler. Corrected this by evaluating the "is role feature was enabled" in a property "ShowRoles".
3) Manifest.xml
Missing references to UsersImport.aspx and RolesImport.aspx
4) Custom actions
Fixed url so that is works for non-root site collections. Files affected Elements.xml in RoleAdministration, SiteFBAAdministrations and UserAdministration features
