Can't add 2 types of picture

I tried to add these two pictures and the control just added one. I really don't know what is happening because with 2 others pictures this is working.

cann't get the querystring from backcode ?

I have fount that when I use Request.QueryString["key"] to get the value , I got a null value . How do I fix it ?
