Project Description
FsObserver is a simple Windows console application or service that can watch activity on the file system and take an action such as replication or execution of an application. The implementation is based on a tweaked instance of the FileSystemWatcher class.

FsObserver has been used successfully on a moderately large web site where static content published by a Linux-based CMS server would use Samba to publish to a distribution share, and FsObserver would redistribute all changed files to the load-balanced web server farm. It is being open-sourced to further QA and test for stability.
