Fixed load issue in KeyData of GenInputMetadata wrapper project

Gave error message instead of crash if the wrong database was selected, therefore no metadata file

Alphebetized databases on server in combo

Added a SimpleBizObject sample. You can test this against your databases. I am currently using a three file model - base, designer and editable. If one is missing its ignored. If you name you're classes in the same way, and point to your VB assembly, you can use the UI to run yoru files without other changes. Yes, this UI is stinky.

Fixed a bug in TypeInfo that caused a crash if you have no Inherits clause.

Updated the UI to better reflect a real project and move toward required project flexiblity

Removed Schema from IColumnData. Unless I misunderstand Schemas correctly, they can only be used on objects such as tables, stored procs, etc.

Added FullName and FullName with Column to manage escaping SQL names and schemas. This will make it easier to forego escaping, or to selectively escape.

Changed JoinData.RightTable and LeftTable to ITableData so the schema and other info would be available

I definitely do not claim that Schemas are being correctly handles, particularly if there are ambiguous names in different schemas.
Added try/catch so errors don't bring down test harness
