Project Description
A simple helpdesk web application to keep track of bugs and client requests, aimed at very small companies with many projects and different clients.

The primary goal is for it to be as usable and intuitive as possible ; features will come next (except if it improves everyday usability).

The focus is on the client, who doesn't know anything about computers, but has problems with the projects you develop for them.

Interesting. I would recommend keeping an eye on Tracker (http://garrettdimon.com/archives/2007/8/29/tracker_status_1/) to see how they went about making some decisions. They've renamed it to Sifter (http://sifterapp.com/) and have been blogging about it at http://www.nextupdate.com/blog/.

Thanks, I will take a look at Tracker, although I already have tested several bugtrackers and helpdesks. I will take ideas from these, but apparently my target is always much more simple that what you can see on other products.
