CLOSED ISSUE: Plugin doesn't recognise links with @ in them

The plugin looks for an IM Control link with %40 in it which is the @ symbol, however, if the link actually has the @ symbol in the link, then it doesn't get found.

Project Description
A plugin that allows you to put someones IM Control information into a blog entry.

The Plugin is a result of a suggestion from Angus Logan's blog entry about doing exactly this. In this blog entry he shows the instructions I gave him about using Joe Cheng's Dynamic Template for doing it, but I thought a full plugin might be in order ;)
