Created Issue: Error when trying in VS2008

I get the following error, has anyone got this running in VS2008 yet?

I had to add Fiddler.exe as a Reference to the FiddlerJsonViewer project. From the Solution Explorer: 1 - Right click on References under FiddlerJsonViewer and click on "Add Reference". 2 - Select the "Browse" tab and navigate to the Fiddler installation directory (%ProgramFiles%/Fiddler2). 3 - Select "Fiddler.exe' and click OK. The project should build without error.

ido_ran has uploaded a patch.

Description:
I've add two abilities:
1. I've add a url line and GET HTTP button which perform HTTP GET using WCF Starter Kit 2 to do the actual GET.
2. I've add a new item to the json tree view context menu which allow you to follow a uri to another object. Since one of the ideas at the base of REST is hypertext as the engine of the application it give the ability to "derive" through the information.

Sure, go ahead and implement that and then upload it as a patch (I'm not sure how this is done but the CodePlex docs might help). I'll then review it and if it works ok, i'll upload it.

Hi,

First I would like to thank you for the great application.

I'm working on RESTful web service which return JSON representation and your app help a lot.

I would like to know if you want my addition of Http GET to the Text tab. What I mean is that I'm going to add a text box to which you can write url and I'll do an HTTP GET from that URL and, hopefully, get JSON response and paste it into the text area.

When a JSON string contains an escaped character the output both in terms of the "text formatting" and within the "viewer" is incorrectly displayed.

For example with the following JSON input:
{"value":"15.90","currency":"GBP","display":"\u00a315.90"}

The following value is expected for "display":
£15.90

The actual (incorrect) output is:
00a315.90

This occurs both within the standalone viewer and the Fiddler add-on.
