- Added texture load structure to control how textures from file are loaded.
- Added UINT/UINT8 support in effect variables
- Fixed typo in dimension spelling.
- Added BlobToByteArray to help with converting a DX10 blob to an array<byte>

- Make EffectStructure class public, so structures can be enumerated.
- Add support for BUFFER type of effect resource, so client can set buffers.
