So it's been a really busy few months for everyone involved in any kind of SharePoint work.
Unfortunately this has mean that this FBA feature has fallen by the wayside as more important client work takes precedence.
There is good news though - The CKS IEE team is making a concerted push to combine all the best features of the various FBA components into one killer feature.
