An ADO.NET 2.0 Factory Provider for accessing Windows Installer databases.

This is a barely begun, work in progress attempt to make an ADO.NET provider for communicating with Windows Installer databases. As the provider matures a sample application will probably be created to demonstrate it's use. ( Tease: Orca.NET )
