Hotfixes to the Wss2Tfs sample:
- Fixed mapping between TFS and WSS users (WSS requires special value format for Person or Group fields)
- Fixed a bug with retrieving more than 2 list items from the WSS store (CAML OR clause can have only two arguments and cannot be chained unlike that in SQL)
- Added two-way synchronization between TFS and WSS, however synchronization of attachments WAS NOT TESTED

Important fixes to the toolkit itself:
- Proper handling of "null" watermarks when firing WIT MigrationComplete event
- Query for items revised after the high watermark now uses ChangedDate instead RevisedDate (the former has correct timestamp, the latter does not)
- UTC date format in the query has been changed to match WIQL specification (trailing " GMT" instead of "z")
- SessionStart WIT event is now fired AFTER the synchronization process is created. This addresses a known issue with a crash in the very beginning of WIT synchronization
