Project Description
A software that helps you to manage your incoming calls on a Windows Mobile Device when you are busy

Description
This app allows your Windows Mobile device to automatically respond to a missed call with a custom text message and optionally with your current calendar information. You can customize the messages for various groups of people as well.
When you install the application, there are 2 standard groups that you start off with. The "<Default>" group applies to a caller who can be found in your contacts, but has not been assigned to a group you created. The "<Unknown>" group applies to a caller that cannot be found in your contacts. You can create as many other groups that you'd like. The only limitation is that one contact can only belong to one group at a time.

You have a quite flexibility to configure each group. This is the actual settings you can use:
  • Name: is the name of the current group
  • Status: enable or disable a group. When group is disabled, no SMS will be send out.
  • Act only on Appointment: if checked, the software will act (send SMS out, write info on calendar etc.) ONLY if, when a missing call is detected, there are one appointment active in the calendar.
  • Only if Busy: if checked, the software will act (send SMS out, write info on calendar etc.) ONLY if, when a missing call is detected, there are one appointment active in the calendar and the status is set to Busy.
  • Send Meeting info: if checked, the outgoing SMS will contain info about the current appointment (actually, the subjet and the end time of the appointment).
  • Send Message: if checked, the SMS in the texbox below will be send.
