Some various features changes included with this build:
Ability to specify different settings for individual business objects and assemblies
Templates for building a webservice
Validation rules can be warnings or informational
Able to do dynamic sql instead of just stored procedures for fetching
EntityCollection obects have a public parameterless constructor now
When calling a Fetch method if the expected Entity is not found it will return null
A bug was fixed where multiple sibling relationships had the same name.
