I found an interesting white paper on the net and came straight away to the Domain Mapper home. However the last activity since to be from 2007 with a very early (and old) alpha release.

While it appears obvious I would like a confirmation :) has this project been abandoned? and if so what was the reason (a competitor? where?).
I've downloaded the nhiberate domain mapper software and am attempting to use it and can't find any help files. I can start a new project and it loads the Database schema, but clicking any of the Wizards menu items, etc doesn't open any windows or anything. Can anyone assist in locating documentation?
I tried to load an assembly wich has a dependancy to Iesi.Collecion.dll. I got an uncatched expection (see the attached jpeg) even if the Iesi.Collection.dll was in the same directory as my dll.

HOW TO REPRODUCE
- create a dll project named MyTools
- create a dll project named MyProgram
- in the project MyProgram, add a reference to the project mytools
- in the project MyProgram, create some classes
- import the project MyProgram to NHibernateDomainMapper v0.1.0.0 (latest bin version modified on 2006-10-22 22:40)
- you should get a similar unhandled exception

HOW TO SOLVE
I didn't look into the code at all but i think that when the user has selected a dll, you should take the entire folder with the dll so that any dll needed would be present.

Generally, I do not prefer to use Active Record pattern in favour of a Persistence Context Engine, outside the scope of Entities.
Also, with NHibernate you don't need to have an addictional factory to create entity, the session is already a factory.

For Nhibernate newbie kickstart, we could think, for example in a simple solution structure, ready to start...that's a good idea, for the future releases.

>When i load the DB Schema, in the UDL, i test the connection and it's all ok, but if i confirm the connection without check >"Allow saving password" in the "SuperTanga" i have an error: "Login failer for user 'myuser'.
>If i push cancel from UDL Form the program ask me if i want to exit from the project. Why?? I don't want close the project, >but only close the UDL Form.
>If i push ok, it close the program, not the project!!!!.

I have to try and possibly submit a workitem bug, thanx!
