moved VisitTypeAttribute logic in ReflectionVisitor from VisitAssembly to VisitType so that both entry points for a visit call VisitTypeAttribute; previously only VisitAssembly entry point called VisitTypeAttribute - this was breaking validation of provider interfaces with ProviderConstraintAttribute. |
