Fixes Item # 9765.
The item Essence Infused Mushroom was being included in the MP5 case in the Armory class. This item restores 200 hp after a kill that yields honor and experience, not MP5. This causes the Armory class to throw an exception when it tries to increment the MP5 attribute. The item is now checked before proceeding into the MP5 case, and if it is found, the MP5 case is ignored.

This is a patch for the Tool Tips disappearing after 5 seconds on the stat calculation panel. I did not include the patch to the solution to add the new files as I am working off an unbound solution file.
A standard tool tip display is bound by a maximum display time of 5 seconds (give or take depending on when the timer fires). To get around this, you have to call show and hide directly on the ToolTip. I implemented this by creating a new custom control that extends Label and manages the show and hide through mouse enter and leave events. This keeps the tool tip logic inside the control and does not clutter the display screen code.
I do not believe this is tied to a given work item.

A patch to implement meta gem requirements.
Gems are checked to see if they meet requirements before adding their statistics to the total.
This allows pieces of armor to be given a more accurate value if the help reach or break a meta gem requirement on your current or to be equipped head gear.
