This version now handles both discussion boards as well as Web Part pages.
Importing MIME fields to publishing pages works but still has some issues with large fields.

The Import process is now two step. The first step "Create Containers" creates the sites, lists, libraries and their content types. It also packages the content into a content deployment package (a file called manifest.xml). The second step reads that manifest file and imports the actual content.
