This project is a simple webpart that enables administrators to create alerts for other users in a SharePoint Portal Server. Jan tielen published a similar WebPart for WSS but it does not work in a Sharepoint Portal Area. http://weblogs.asp.net/jan/archive/2004/03/27/97335.aspx
