This release adds full implementation for interacting with the WSS 3.0 web service (spsearch.asmx). In version 1.0, this capability was not fully baked. It should work now. Note that since spsearch.asmx does not expose methods for dealing with scopes and properties, those two features are not functional when you connect to WSS.
