SharpDevelop is a free IDE for C#, VB.NET, IronPython, Boo and F# projects on Microsoft's .NET 3.5 platform. It sports advanced features like code analysis (since v2), integrated unit testing (since v2), code coverage (since v2), multi-targeting (since v2), Xml documentation preview, Windows Forms designer (since v1), WPF designer preview (new in v3) as well as WiX project support (since v2).
