The file list in the changeset control should be read only currently it allows for editing of the box. Has no effect but regardless should not allow edit.

Currently the stand alone cannot use the dialog changeset details. We need to do 1 of 2 things
1.) Add reflection code to allow the use of the dialog (should work)

Currently the add-in only works with the solution or project. Needs to work with the source control explorer.
May need to be moved from plug-in to VSintegration package (most likely) but will see.
