Added new project item templates for web test plugin, web test request plugin, validation rule, extraction rule, and load test plugin.
If you put these on your machine it makes creation of new plugins much easier.

This release is for VS 2008 and contains:
ExtractionRuleInnerText
ExtractionRuleSelectTag
ValidationRuleInnerText
ValidationRuleSelectTag
CompareContextParams validation rule

It also contains an inner text parser that compliments the HtmlParser in the web test API.
