CREATED ISSUE: Loop over multiple work items

In WitClipboardManager.cs you have the following lines:

Why not just loop over workItemIds and execute the rest of the code page for each iteration? Bulk operations aren't often supported in the current TFC and this looks like a great opportunity to provide a bulk operation.
