CREATED TASK: Re-design of the User object

I propose to change the existing version of the MigratorCore.User object with a richer object in properties. (Phase 1)

The existing support for Community Server - use of the NameValueCollections - should be removed and migrated to the Migrator.CommunityServer.UsersDestination object. (Phase 2)
