HowTo:
Upgrade TicketDesk 1.0 to TicketDesk 1.1
All distributions of TicketDesk contain the same functionality.
TicketDesk comes in three distributions:
TicketDesk_Compiled.zip - A ready to go binary version of TicketDesk. Just copy to a web server, edit appropriate settings in web.config, and go!
TicketDesk_Compiled_Editable.zip - A pre-compiled web applicaiton with updatable UI pages. Just copy to a web server, edit appropriate settings in web.config, and go!
TicketDesk_Source.zip - Visual Studio 2008 Web Application Project. Allows full customization of both the code and UI.
