Expand on the existing Admin Hierarchy page to include:

* Script context to PowerShell - highlight an object and select "Script Context to PowerShell" from an ECM. This would generate the PowerShell script needed to get that object's context. The script could be copied to the clipboard or else downloaded as text.
* Add Site Collections
* Links to built in Central Admin functions

Don't have an Admin page to manage installations - it is pretty easy to manage on the OOTB Web Application Features page.

Kept 1 resx for now - who needs more than that?

Copying the resx on each server by using a custom timer job.
