xfcicon class. To reproduce bitmap resize bug.
See xfcicon2 form spinner1.InteractiveChange, find "If .T." set to "if .F." to use bmp/msk, to "if .T." to use png.
See xfcIconGroup class, ResizeBitmap method, find "If .F.", set to "if .T." to use old method, to .F. to use new method.
Using bmp format and old method produces the bug
Using png format, no bug with either resizing method

Bug in GDIPlusX with system.drawing.prg file dated 2007-11-26 00:40 Please check included png files to see bug while resizing bitmaps, right and bottom borders of image get affected by resizing.
