This release uses command line parameters rather than app.config settings for all but one of the parameters.

The XML file that contains the required folder structure is now validated against an XML Schema Definition to ensure that it is in the format required by the application.

Error handling has been improved based on feedback.

This application is designed for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.
