Some new features in this release. First of all, you can still toggle a Open XML source view taskpane and sync the contents two-way with your document.
New addition is the better XML editing control and the option of viewing the entire source, not just the cut-out being displayed right-now (Word provides a fully valid Open XML document)

The Word Source Viewer taskpane with the following features:
- A taskpane for showing / editing Open XML source
- Copy selection to taskpane
- Copy Open XML back to document
- Show full Open XML / show slimmed down version (new in 2.0.0)

Hide installer custom action from toolbox

The same basic source viewer, only this time the installer works correctly.

The installer for the 1.0.0.0 release added a registry key for Excel instead of Word....

You can either re-install using the 1.0.0.1 installer, or run the registry file available below.
*The registry file assumes installation in the default installation folder!*

The Word Source Viewer for Microsoft Office Word 2007 allows you to view and edit Open XML directly from within the Word 2007 interface. This is a learning tool to learn about Open XML, and what different markup elements do.
