SSAS: deploy single object

Description

 
Allow the deployment of a single SSAS object, like a cube or dimension, basically anything for which we can generate a valid XMLA "Alter" command.

BIDS Helper 1.2 will support deploying Aggregation Designs in addition to deploying MDX Scripts.

It will also help if we have the deploy feature for Actions (similar to deploying calculations)
