Backup a posts embedded images/pictures.
Look at the body, get all the IMG tags, download the SRC URL's, same them to disk, and...?
Update the XML to point at the downloaded images?
Just download...

Posts without a Title node in the XML will cause an error when you attempt to restore it.

Think "Backups Scheduled every XX days"
Provide options to allow app to be command line driven (UserID, Password, Blog URL, etc) so it can be scheduled to run every X hours/days/weeks/etc.

That is correct. Restoring from a Single File ("all posts in a single file") backup is not currently supported.
But I'm working on that for a near future release...

For each output folder provide an option to build a simple ToC XML with Template file.
Post Title (href pointing to backed up XML), Publish Date, Update Date
