When attaching nodes to a referenced behaviour, the root behaviour gets marked as being modified and not the referenced one.

When inserting a sibling, the new node is not automatically selected. Same for new parents.

When having many sub-referenced behaviours and expanding the first sub-referenced behaviour, the last sub-referenced behaviours get displayed wrongly.

This needs to be fixed. For example the other referenced behaviour could be collapsed which would also lower the maximum shown complexity of the graph.
