What is a Wiki page?
If you are active on the Internet, chances are you've visited a Wiki page--perhaps even edited one. Simply put, a Wiki is a collection of Web pages that can be edited by anybody with sufficient permission to do so. Wiki pages are easy to edit using a set of simple markup tags that allow you to format text, add images, and create links. A Quick Wiki Markup Guide appears to the right of the Edit page as a reference.

Documentation: This Pipeline Wizard is a Visual Studio Add-in. After you download it, (not sure if you have to build it, but I did), run the .msi.
Then re-open Visual Studio 2005, click "File New Project", look under "Biztalk Projects", choose the wizard (note the name of the wizard is too long to fit, so you will select "BizTalk Server Pipeline Component...". (When you click on it, a sort of help/tool tip will appear below that confirms that says "Creates a BizTalk Server PipeLine Component".
