did work on pownce publisher to try to complete the file upload. I am still unsuccessful at getting the file to upload. |

Built against 1.4.0.3400 version of CCNET ([workitem:2159])([workitem:2654])
Fixed compatibility with preprocessor in CCNET 1.4.0.3400. This is a breaking change as all $(PropertyName) properties are new defined as ${PropertyName}([workitem:2480])
Built using the latest production release of CCNetConfig for the CCNetConfig Plugin, version 0.6.915.0
