Recalculating on project w/out statistics publisher crashes

Selecting a project that has no statistics publisher then clicking Recalculate Statistics will cause a System.NullReferenceException.

Duplicate entries in report.xml when running 'recalculate statistics' multiple times

Behavior for report.xml should be same as for statistics.cvs - if file exists, rename it to .old and create new file. v1.3.2822.21756
