Using a clean, US-English, Enterprise edition deployment of MSCRM 4.0 the healthcare template fails to import with a generic "there is an error message".

Can anyone tell me how the screening results work.
I have imported the customizations.xml in my VPC, without any errors.
When I'm trying to click on the screening results, I'm getting the following error:
