When cropper first starts the previously selected output format is not checked in the context menu but is used when capturing an image.
This is related to the correction for Work Item 9358.

When you switch output formats the increment counter doesn't reset initially, it will use the value from the previous output format and then reset

In the filename an extra whitespace character is inserted before the extension dot. This should not be there.
Example: "capture_02-26-2009-12-47-37 .Png"
