Commented Issue: Once a product is live you cannot change atrributes

This is a known bug and has been discussed various time before in the forums.
The problem is being able to change a product after it getting promoted live can break the inventory/order/sku system and cause other adverse effects to reporting sales due to the architecture of dashCommerce.

One workaround might be to allow the site owner to specify weather they require an inventory system or not as most people will probably have their own inventory anyway and might not require it.

after loading a few items I checked was checking everything out and came across the thumbs on the product.aspx do not change the main picture. Is it suppose to?

When I try and upload with the image selector, I get A critical error has occurred: A generic error occurred in GDI+. I am running Dashcommerce 3.0.1.33755.

Can you make sure the Web\repository and all sub folders have write permissions.

Users are skipping over panes in the checkout process, so we need to force them through one way by enabling and disabling the accordion panes as they move through. Don't let them skip ahead. Also, per the suggestion, we may be able to add a SELECT option in the shipping options list and put a validator on it.

Commented Issue: Sharing descriptors between products

It would be cool if the products were able to share descriptors since allot of times you have simmilar products and it would be quicker to select an existing descritor instead of replicating the same text for every simmilar product.

I did find that the images are uploading but when I try and add them to my item's they fail.

When adding a new Billing or Shipping address, if you've already selected a State before getting to the Country field, and then select United States, the State field reverts to ALABAMA.

Closed Issue: Add/Edit Page defaults to previously saved Region

A really nasty bug that makes adding new content to a website frustratingly impossible... I've been resorting to direct SQL inserts since I find them easier, but this is ridiculous...

To reproduce:

Navigate to http://site.com/admin/contentedit.aspx
Click on Root in Current Pages
Enter some text for title and menu, select 2-column (main left) template (don't know if it matters)
Click Save

Then in Current Pages block, click on the newly-created page.
In the Add/Edit Page - Regions block, you magically have a region defined!

This region happens to be the most recent region that I had creatd.

To create content for the page, I have to click on Add Region, save it, "x" the window (if I save again, it will save two regions...) then I have to click the page title in Current Pages again. But it still displays the original (previous region)!!!

The solution is to re-load the page (do not post data, just navigate to the page again), click the page title in the Current Pages block, and now I can see the correct region.

In v3.0, web.config, line 21, <appSettings> section, <add key="rewirteUrlTemplate" value="{0}-{1}_{2}.aspx{3}" /> doesn't look ok; shouldn't be "rewriteUrlTemplate" as the key name?

In ADMIN under Tax Provider Configuration > Data > Available Region Codes, I can see the first ten (10) RegionCodes and Rates, and additional page numbers below them, but the paging does not work!

I've made some changes to improve the situation. It's not tested because I don't use paypal, but it does compile. Also, it's not the best solution possible because I only started looking at the code base about an hour ago. It is a start though.

Closed Issue: Product Review With two open windows

If the user has two windows open of one product then he can add a Review more then one time(and if he navigates to that page i think)
So I added a check in the database right after he submits a review (Before saving) to make sure that there are no reviews for the user on this product.
