Currently you can add a new item and assign it a SKU that is already being used.
This causes the cart to Hog all available system memory and do all sorts of weird stuff.

There seems to be two issues with this button.
First, the text on the button is the only thing not getting translated when changing the language setting.

Hi,
The PercentOff discount provider has an option "IsSingleUse", I assume to disable the coupon after it has been used (1 user per customer, or 1 overall?).
The option is never implemented..
