Project Description
Domusonweb provides management and administration of condominium (block of flats) through web functionalities at disposal of every user of the condo (of course administrator, but even tenants, owners). By this software, condominial administrator can manage expenses, papers, convocations, verbals, polls and every data related to condominium and its administration. Normal users, like tenants and owners, will be able to access to some of these information through web interface and will be able to utilize some useful functionalities like forum, webchat and videoconference.
Purpose of the project is to provide a complete and fully functional, web based, managerial software for condominial administrators. At the same time, the software will publish (only for authenticated users) some of the information used for the administration, so that these will be easily reachable by any user of the condominium, through the web interface.
DomusOnWeb fornisce supporto alla gestione ed all'amministrazione condominiale attraverso servizi web a disposizione di ogni utente del condominio (naturalmente dell'amministratore, ma anche di proprietari ed inquilini). Tramite questo software, l'amministratore del condominio può gestire spese, documenti, assemblee, verbali, votazioni e tutti i dati relativi al condominio ed alla sua amministrazione. Gli utenti normali, come inquilini e proprietari, potranno accedere ad alcune di queste informazioni tramite l'interfaccia web e potranno usufruire di utili funzionalità come forum, webchat e videoconferenze.
Lo scopo del progetto è quello di fornire un software gestionale, basato sul web, per amministratori condominiali che sia completo e pienamente funzionale. Contemporaneamente, il software pubblicherà (solo per gli utenti autenticati) alcune delle informazioni utilizzate per l'amministrazione, in modo tale che queste possano essere facilmente ottenibili da qualsiasi utente del condominio, attraverso l'interfaccia web.

Recruitment
We are seeking developers. The software is written in ASP.NET and makes use of a MySQL database, but it supports multiple databases. Web designing is carried out by HTML & CSS. Some functionalities are realized through AJAX technologies. At present, there are several things to do.

The code
The project's code (licensed GNU Affero GPL) is managed by SVN system (at https://domusonweb.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/domusonweb/). The code can be visualized browsing the subversion repository. SourceForge provides documentation about Subversion.
