CREATED ISSUE: Event Subscription conversion problem

When converting Event Subscriptions from VB.NET to C# there is the following problem: In VB.NET the "handles" statement subscribes events without the need of instanciate event delegates in the code manually. But there is no such feature in C#. Therefore the Converter must do the same thing than the Visual Studio Designer in C#: Search for "InitialiseComponent" or all Constructors and subscribe the event there. This opens a complete new problem: Partial Classes: In VS-2005 the "InitialiseComponent" method is stored in the designer generated nested file of a codefile (xxx.designer.xx) so the CodeFileConverter Class must be aware of nested files!

CREATED FEATURE: MDI based GUI Interface

Make the main Econ NetVert Window MDI based and use Menus and regular Toolbars The Main-Window of the GUI will be a MDI Container. Any "Tab" of the current version will be available in multiple instances as windows inside of the Main-Window. The Toolbars and buttons that are currently spread over the ui will be centralised in the toolbar and menu.
