The first release of the library focuses on providing the Operations Framework, which is designed to make working with asynchronous tasks simple, robust, and performant.

2. Operations Framework: SqlClient Commands (DataReader/NonQuery/Scalar).
3. Operations Framework: Stream Copying.
4. Transaction Contexts (Committable/Dependent/Suppressed/Empty).
5. Threading Classes.
6. Unit Tests (extensive testing includes 99% code coverage, performance tests, and scenario tests).
