Bread crumb to all pages
add -force switch to the deactivateFeature operatations of deploy.cmd

Fixed:
Some of the New, Update and Delete pages tried to redirect to the wrong page. This was fixed by pointing them back to the appropriate page. This was fixed in an earlier release but due to the codeplex crash the fixes were lost.		 stacyDraper 202
