Searching for nothing causes an array out of bounds error.

I ran the the .msi and when I open Visual Studio 2008 I get this message:

Delete an item and the list view doesn't refresh to show the change nor are guidance type nodes removed when necessary

1. Unpack zip file
2. Edit ..Libraries\patterns & practices Library.xml to change "ReadOnly" to "ReadWrite" and "Websuscribe" to False
3. Launch GE
4. Create new libraries: "SI" and "NotForTM"
