We want to release, i think many things are to be done.
Of course using 3.5 framework many be IIS 7.0 why not ?

Users wanted an international version. This is it.
Internationalization is made using framework 2.0 features, by the files labels.resx and labels.en.resx in the App_GlobalResources directory.
By clicking a button you change the language for instant 'en' or 'fr'.
We manage sitemap files by giving differents providers in the web.config.
